Delivery Information

We have warehouses all across the world. From Asia to Europe. Most of the time we import the products to our USA warehouses and distribute from there. Where this is the case, delivery should take no longer than 5 days to arrive with you. 

Occasionally goods come from our Asian warehouses rather than locally. What does this mean for you? Well in a nutshell delivery is slightly longer. Most orders will be received within 10-12 days, however very rarely this can take up to 30 days to arrive. 

Is it worth the wait? Well, everything that comes from Asia is already discounted further just to soften the delay 🙂 Our products are in most cases unique and worth a few days extra in the post. Don’t forget, your guarantee does not start until you have the items in hand.

Tracking information

You can track your parcel online with the number in your confirmation email. If using our free shipping tracking is not available.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. It’s possible that you may receive customs fees when a parcel arrives in your country.
